Current and recent teacher-training students working through the identity shift that a 200-hour immersion tends to trigger, whether the course is a traditional Ashtanga program or a Yin-focused one. Course comparisons here are honest in a way marketing pages never are, housing gets shared during the intensive weeks to cut costs, and the emotional-support thread sees more traffic than anyone expects going in. Graduation ceremonies get coordinated as a group event, not a solo milestone.
