Working teachers covering each other's classes when something comes up, sharing which insurance actually covers a studio incident, and being unusually transparent about pricing in a field where nobody normally talks numbers. Retreat collaborations get pitched here before they go anywhere else, and continuing-education discounts get passed along the moment someone finds one. It is one of the few professional networks in the city where competitors genuinely help each other.
